Star Crossed Myth - Ichthys Epilogue ( by voltage inc)

Hi guys ! I'm back with the review for...... Ichthys' Epilogue ~( as you could probably tell from the title of this post )

This post is gonna be so much shorter than my other posts but oh well ...

Hurmph ... Let me just say .. That the " Ichthys gets aggressive " really got me because Ikky is very playful and child-... [ not sure whether to use childish or child-like ... ] Meh .. You get what I mean ... So I was really curious * cough * to see what would happen in the story .

O-Kay ! To be completely honest , the epilogue really disappointed me. Since the main story was amazing , I expected the epilogue to be around the same standard but it was just like the other voltage epilogue stories TvT ... Boring.

Storyline : 

They begin dating

V

MC feels like nothing has changed 

V 

MC does something to bring the 2 of them closer together / Tries to set the mood / gives hints 

V 

MC get into some sort of fix 

V 

Guy helps Mc out & MC tells him what's wrong.

V 

Guy understands and they go make out 

. 

.. Yep. Thats basically it . I mean .. Ikky's stories still includes some funny parts ( actually I only found one part funny ) but the last chapter ... Wwooooowee .. It was so heated up ... 

Like so . 

I mean I found this quite funny (?) I guess because my prediction was correct .. Most of voltage's characters feel like that but IKKY , He was alittle more ... Aggressive than most ... Alittle more perverted .. * cough * no wonder he's in my harem , Shiki(s fam member) was right * cough * 

The ones that do not seems like the sweetest are always like that , they'll have a fetish or something . 

[ this post is going nowhere ...i'm sorry i'm rushing this] 

Truthfully , I only found the last chapter alittle more interesting because the first 2 chapters are like the rest of the games so I could already predict what would happen. 

Well .. Overall .. I guess .. I wouldn't think that this is worth the money ... [ sorry ikky bby ] I was quite disappointed with it TvT .

Star Crossed Myth - Ichthys ( part 1 ) - Voltage inc.

* This is only a review of Ichthys' Main story . the Epilogue's review will be in the next post *

Hey guys !! I'm back ~ as promised xD 

Okay , first things first , I've always loved Ichthys . When I saw his character in the " love interest" tab , my first reaction was ,

 " Dibs. This dude's mine " 

So yeah I just really loved Ichthys' design and his personality , Him appearing in the other stories made me fall in love with him even more ! So I expected me to really love his story and .... I REALLY DID ! 

So here is the detailed review + some scenes I found funny and cute ~ 

(( Can i just add that Ichthys' room looks amazing and I would want to live there))

Ichthys' story was a rollercoaster ... 

I found the beginning of it REALLY hilarious !! He was playing pranks on MC and just teasing her alot ! I found it so funny I teared up .

The rest of the guys really exagerrated Ichthys' joke severity because I personally didn't find that he went overboard ( except the first prank ) 

Okay , since Teo's name already popped up , I would just like to add that initially , i expected to see more of the Ikky-Teo interaction but Teo only showed up in ... 3 chapters I think .. Ikky was interacting more with Dui in the game ( other than Mc of course ) -- And nope , Shadow Dui did not show up . 

Moving on , 

Ichthys was EXTREMELY ADORABLE and easy to approach xD He was like a kid xD he gets along with children really well too because he has almost the same mentality as them ~  he's just really adorable xD Read and you'll find out 

From Chapter 4-5 onwards , Ikky will start to open up more and more and he story will turn into more of a " doki doki " kinda story ( I didnt say that there was no more funny parts , just lesser ) 

* THIS WOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A SPOILER IF YOU READ THE FIRST PIC PROPERLY  *

Ikky says some really inspirational things and gives me the feels because it's so relatable ... 

Here are some examples , 

(( in other words : " Live life the way you want it , don't let others stop you from doing it "

 I believe he said it somewhere in the story but I didn't take a picture of it ))

(( " If you do bad things , bad things will come back to you . That's just karma and it's applies to everyone . " ))

He's really good at comforting people TvT I felt so jealous of MC .. 

He did other things too but I'm not gonna spoil it for you xD well .. Maybe the I'll spoil the last prank alittle but I'll put it at the end.

THE ENDING : 

It made me cry. ICHTHYS' ENDING .MADE . ME . CRY . BUCKETS . 

He was so sweet.....

You ... You girls have to read it .. I can't elaborate more than this .., if i do , you girls deserve to kill me .. Trust me .. It's amazing . 

It ended really nicely and came to a proper closure , unlike some of the other stories I read that left me like ,

" AHHH IT ENDED ?! What ?! THAT'S IT ?! " 

And those kind of endings usually make me really frustrated so I really like Ichthys' story ~ it leaves you with " doki doki " feelings so you dont really feel the urge to buy the epilogue and sequels immediately xD  

Oh yeah !! I also have to mention that Ichthys' story is very innocent and sweet . I would say that his " miyabi-level " would be .. 1/5 . Only kisses and hugs ~ nothing more ... 

I think I like it because of it's innocence too ~ 

{ SO IF YOU LIKE REALLY " MIYABI-ISH " KIND OF STORIES THEN THIS IS NOT REALLY FOR YOU } 

OVERALL , I LOVED his story !! I give it a 100/10 . 

It made my day ! I would happily reread this again soon ! ( you should know that i don't re-read stories but since I loved this so much , I would re-read it )

THIS STORY IS DEFINATELY WORTH YOUR MONEY . 

( this is part if the last trick Ichthys came up with before he left for the heavens , read the story it'll make more sense )

[ edit : So I've played the forbidden ending and ... I feel that .. I like the blessed ending better . 

The forbidden end is funnier and Zyg appeared but it's not as sweet as the blessed ending . I also found the ending quite .. Incomplete ( in a way ) so I didnt enjoy it as much as I did with the Blessed ending. ]

Hey guys !! 

I'm sorry for not posting for so long ! I've been really busy with school ... I really need to get better grades so I'm working really hard now to do just that . 

Also , most of you should already know of the Voltage-Instagram-Tumblr thing right ? If you don't then ..( what happened was that Voltage was deleting popular instagram accounts like S fam's Sisca@voltagedictive and Dada@reiautsunomiya and a popular account on instagram @yubisensei because we were posting CGs and special images of the games , but the this that upset most of us most is that tumblr is allowed to do it . ) 

But yeah .. Here's a short update . 

 

I recently bought Star crossed myth's Ichthys - Main story (( YASS DA BAE ))

I'll complete it in the next ... 2 days (?) and try to get a review of it up by .. Friday .. 

I also recently completed Love letters by theif X 's Yuki sub story( can't rmb the name ..sorry .. ) so I'll write a review on that too and post it up soon xP

" Sakura amidst chaos " ( voltage inc )

Hey ! 

Voltage recently released (?) their new english game , Sakura amidst chaos  's prologue in their app Sweet Cafe . 

[ Download sweet cafe > go to stories> click on all apps > click on the " sakura amidst chaos logo > play the prologue ] 

I've completed the prolouge and thought I could give some feedback or put some of my personal opinions out there . 

Firstly , 

Where is the rewind button ? T^T 

Rewind button is life ! Don't take it away ... 

I'm sure that alot if the otome gamers would agree with me that .. The rewind button is ... Revolution xD it made life so much easier for us .

Examples : 

 if we missed a certain character in that one scene and she's not gonna appear anymore : Rewind button

If we were daydreaming while playing the game : Rewind button 

If someone called us halfway through the game and you accidentally sat on ur phone , tapping past 4 scenes : Rewind button . 

Okay next , 

You didn't put the " ???"/" Villager 1 "  On top ... 

I don't know if this is a glitch or something ( cuz they the label is there in the log ) 

But if it's not then ... This really bothers me ..

It's really confusing ... Especially if there's many people talking at the same time ( eg . This scene where there were 4 villagers talking ... I thought there were only 2 at first before I checked the log ) 

Moving on to the things I like about this game ... 

{ The quiet one (?)} 

{ The flirt (?)}

{Mysterious one (?) }

{ The cool one (?)}

{ The leader (?)}

I really love that they put CGs to show the character one by one before the MC and character interaction . Although , I do think that they can go more indepth about the characters .... Somehow , the character and their names just don't "stick " to me like the other games ... maybw they will after I play the actual game xD who knows ? 

I would say that the storyline is good and pretty interesting. I like where this is going ~

I also really like the soundtrack by the way ~ good job xD

Urm ... Okay xD that's really all I have to say about the prologue , hopefully the actual game will do it justice ! 

So would I buy the game ? 

If I have extra cash on hand : Nuf said. * throws money at screen *  I'll buy all of them cuz I can't choose.

If I don't have extra cash : Sorry .. No cuz ... I have not enough money xD But I like Date and Nobunaga so I might buy their's first .

So I've heard some people where saying negative things about this game , but I think you should give it a try , don't just push it away just cuz people were talking about it or the graphics are not that good , all that crap . Give it a shot at least . 

If you really doubt it then you can wait for me to come up with a blog entry about the game.

S family anniversary .

Hey girls ~ I'm really excited today because ... As you can read from the title xD it's s family's 1 year anniversary . 

I believe that I've explained who and what S fam is already in a previous post. So yeah here's the speech that I wrote for them :

 I love you girls so much ! You don't even know how much you've changed my life just by being here . Being here for me everyday when i get back from school , during breaks , when i'm sad , when i'm happy  , everything . 

I'm pretty sure I've annoyed the hell out of y'all at times but you girls still stuck with me and was here for me ! Sometimes even better than my real family and friends I meet and greet everyday face to face ( no I did not say I didnt love them ) 

But i'm so grateful that I met you girls . This is undoubtedly the best decision that I have ever made ( talking to momma on ig then joining the voltage fans group to joining s fam ) I'm happy I opened up to the internet . Being with S fam is the reason why I still haven't lost who i really am . 

From strangers to  internet friends to family . I love you girls and happy anniversary :')

Ahaha there it is ~ We actually met the " Momma " in AFA SG 2014 and 2 of the members sometime in october ~ Hope that we will be able meet up this year as well and cheers ~ Let's grow old together xD * slapped by s fam *

 So ,I have been listening to " Seasonal feathers by Len and rin kagamine " alot these days , it's really touching ~~ [ the feels !!! ] I think you can consider it a slow song and the story ~ it's sooooo good ! I teared up alittle when i watched it for the first time ! The story pulls you in !! *^*

" If someday , i no longer had this beautiful voice , would you still , even then , love me ? "

TRUE LOVE SWEET LIES : Kiyoharu Nanahoshi Mainstory (Sweet ending)

Hello Everyone ! XD

So as most of you girls might already know , Voltage inc just released their new game  " True Love Sweet Lies  "  5 days ago and most of you can't choose to buy Kiyoharu or Sakuya first ( unless you're like me and bought both because you can't choose XD )

So today I'm going to write down what i think of Kiyoharu 's route .

BEFORE I START ANYTHING , I want to say that this story is totally CLEAN ( maybe cuz I got the sweet ending XD  ) it doesn't have any ' miyabi scenes ' ( yes i'm gonna call XX scenes miyabi scenes ) , the only ' kiss on the lip scene'  is in the last chapter .

* as I said , I got the sweet ending not the bitter sweet one so ..I don't know about the bitter sweet ending .. maybe I'll buy the end bonus and write another entry on that .

Kiyoharu's actions throughout the story is like .... a sandwich ..

 He'll be a HUGE jerk to MC in the first few chapters ( continuous teasing and stuff like that )

but after that he'll be sooo sweet , he'll act like MC's boyfriend and take her out on dates.

After that , he'll emo out and be a jerk again . ( hurtful remarks and tell her that he was lying all along ) 

BUT Kiyo is overprotective of Sakuya . Kiyo claims that Sakuya is special and doesn't let him do any hard work such as going undercover or talk with the mafia . ( so , kiyo does all the dirty work for sakuya while sakuya continues with his hacking stuff ) . In the past , Kiyo had to ditch school to work in the slums ( fighting and stuff ) to pay for Sakuya's education . :')

* this part ...... I loved this part 

Sakuya will fall in love with MC so after he found out that Kiyo was just messing with MC just to get her SD card faster , Sakuya really hated his brother . ( heart shatters ) After that happened and MC ran away , Sakuya chased after MC to confess his love ~ but MC rejected him ...

MC will get kidnapped by one of the bad guys but Kiyo will save her . The bad guy bombed the warehouse they were in but only Kiyo was severely injured . Kiyo will end up in a coma but duing that time Sakuya will tell you Kiyo's secret ;he will clench his left fist if he's lying 

Yep ! that's it . I enjoyed his story but the ending was alittle abrupt: After he was discharged , he brought MC on a date and kissed her for real .  

This game is lacking alittle  in the romance department .. ( compared to other voltage games )  BUT    this game is hella funny XD especially with Yuriko 's appearance . I was laughing throughout the entire game XD

* what i found out : In Kiyo's route you'll( the readers ) fall for Sakuya but in Sakuya's route you'll fall for Kiyoharu

but Sakuya's story is alittle more interesting than Kiyo's to me

* Sakuya's story has a " sorta yaoi " scene xD and Yuriko loves it xD

But , Yes I did enjoy this game .

Options for this scene : 

A ) apologise and close the door 

B ) scream and run away 

C ) " NICE ASS "

Kiyoharu : I'm a superhero ! 

When drunk Kiyo says I'm naive ..

Kiyo : Damn I'm  handsome ~ 

MC : No , it's because i took the picture.

Kiyo : i read this in a magazine before .. It said " Pictures capture the true essence of what you were feeling at that time so if you feel like it's beautiful , it will look beatiful when you take a picture of it . " so I'm beautiful to you ? 

[ or somewhere along that lines xD i can't remember the exact sentence ]
